SCAPULO-HUMERAL IMMOBILISATION VEST
Properties:
- Perfect immobilisation thanks to its strap and shoulder adjustment system.
- 3D aerated knit.
- One model for the right or left shoulder, and only 2 sizes.
Indications:
- Uncomplicated shoulder injuries:
- anterior dislocation of the shoulder,
- non-displaced, non-articular fracture of the scapula,
- uncomplicated acromioclavicular dislocation (“separated shoulder”).
- Immobilisation of the elbow following dislocation.
- Fractures of the greater tuberosity of the humerus, humeral head or lesser tuberosity of the humerus (non-surgical indications).
- Immobilisation following surgery to correct instability.
- Rotator cuff rupture in the acute phase.
- Acute scapulohumeral periarthritis (“frozen shoulder”).
- Paralysis of the brachial plexus.
- Re-education of the scapulohumeral joint.
- Pain-relieving immobilisation of the shoulder after the inflammatory phase (acute rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis).
Contraindications:
- Complicated shoulder injuries: displaced fracture, commutated fracture, open fracture, fracture with nerve or vascular damage, severe ligament rupture.
- Do not apply the product in direct contact with broken skin.

适应症:

手术后固定以矫正不稳定性。
急性期肌腱套破裂。
急性肩周炎(“肩周炎”)。
臂丛神经麻痹。
肩关节再教育。
炎症期(急性风湿病，类风湿性关节炎)后肩膀的疼痛缓解性不活动。
禁忌症:
肩关节复杂损伤:移位性骨折、换向性骨折、开放性骨折、神经或血管损伤性骨折、重度韧带断裂。
